When you arrive at the airport or train station, the Discovery Mongolia team will warmly welcome you and take you to your well-placed hotel in downtown Ulaanbaatar (UB).

Depending on your arrival time, there may be a chance to explore the city and take leisurely walks. In the evening, we will convene for a welcome meeting with our team and share information about our journey.

You'll also get to savor delicious meals and spend the night at the hotel.

Our journey of discovery commences with a westward expedition, where we settle at our Ger camp near the enchanting Khugnu Khan National Park. This national park offers a striking departure from the rocky mountains, vast sand dunes, and sweeping steppe of central Mongolia, providing an idyllic setting to immerse yourself in the serenity of nature.

One of the highlights of our adventure is a camel riding excursion across the Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes. The beauty of this region, coupled with the gentle nature of Mongolian two-humped camels, creates an incredible synergy as you traverse the rolling dunes.

To top off your day of exploration, you'll have the exceptional opportunity to spend your first night in a traditional Mongolian yurt, following a warm welcome dinner at the camp.

We press on with our journey, embarking on an excursion to the revered Erdene Zuu Monastery and the remnants of the Karakorum, which served as the 12th-century capital of the Mongol Empire, an empire that made history as the largest contiguous empire ever known.

Upon our arrival at the camp, take a moment to savor the picturesque surroundings and enjoy a brief walk along the serene Orkhon River.

Indulge in a delectable assortment of meals throughout the day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), and experience the authentic charm of a traditional Mongolian ger/yurt during your overnight stay.

Following a hearty breakfast, we embark on a journey northward, venturing into the mesmerizing lakes and mountains region, where we'll discover the pristine beauty of Lake Terkhi and the awe-inspiring Khorgo Volcano. Here, you'll be greeted by breathtaking vistas and numerous hiking opportunities, offering you a chance to immerse yourself in the natural wonders.

Following a satisfying breakfast, our journey takes us to the tranquil Lake Ugii, nestled amidst the sweeping Mongolian steppe. Here, you can revel in the serene beauty of Lake Ugii and even partake in a short boating excursion, allowing you to truly appreciate the surrounding landscape from a unique perspective.

Relish a delightful array of meals throughout the day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and spend the night in the cherished embrace of traditional Mongolian gers/yurts, continuing your immersive exploration of Mongolia's natural wonders.

Our expedition continues its eastward course as we make our way to Hustai National Park, a mere 120 kilometers from Ulaanbaatar.

Upon arrival, we will establish our camp in the heart of Hustai. After a satisfying dinner, we'll embark on a journey to the Hustai mountains to witness the captivating sight of Przewalski's horses in their natural habitat during the enchanting sunset hours.

Relish a delightful array of meals throughout the day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and experience the warmth and authenticity of traditional Mongolian gers/yurts during your overnight stay, continuing your immersion in Mongolia's rich natural heritage.

Following a hearty breakfast, our journey leads us back to Ulaanbaatar (UB), where you'll check in to your comfortable hotel upon arrival.

During the day, we'll explore the renowned Mongolian State Department store and the exquisite Gobi Fine Cashmere, offering opportunities to acquire unique treasures. In the evening, you'll have leisure time to enjoy as you please.

You'll rest overnight at your hotel, concluding your journey with a tranquil evening in Mongolia's vibrant capital city.

Today, we embark on a day of cultural exploration in Ulaanbaatar.

Our first destination is the revered Gandan Monastery, a place of profound spiritual significance to Mongolians.

The day's cultural exploration concludes with a visit to the Chinggis Khaan Museum & Cultural Center, where you can immerse yourself in the rich history and heritage of Mongolia.

In the evening, we have the privilege of attending a Mongolian folklore concert, known for its diverse and captivating dance and singing performances, offering a wonderful window into Mongolian culture.

As a fitting farewell to your journey, we'll come together for a memorable dinner at one of Mongolia's prestigious restaurants, sharing stories and experiences.

Finally, you'll return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay, concluding your adventure with cherished memories of Mongolia.
